Our early morning basketball training is designed for dedicated athletes who want to sharpen their skills, improve conditioning, and build confidence before the school day begins. Small-group instruction, high-intensity reps, and a disciplined environment ensures measurable growth.

    • Footwork, Cutting, Ball handling, Passing, Shooting

  • Defense

    • Footwork, On-ball responsibility, Off-ball responsibility

  • Intangibles

    • Pace, Communication, In-game reads, Conditioning, Muscular strength, Mental toughness, Confidence

Athlete Details

  • We serve Elementary to High School Athletes in separate sessions

    • Elementary to middle school sessions (8 years old and older) are held on Mondays and Wednesdays.

    • High school sessions (Grades 9 - 12) are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Not suitable for beginners

  • Capped at 9 participants

  • Sibling discount available

  • Potential Bonus Days when schools are closed for students (holidays', planning days, etc.)

  • Drop-ins available

  • Each athlete needs to bring their own ball

Training Location

We train in Upper Marlboro at a facility that requires a separate membership that typically costs as low as $10/month.
